2. Free dog to play ball with to take a break

3. Free snacks, drinks, and water from the cooler

4. Laid back atmosphere with great people

5. A sweet jacket =)

7.  Ability to take a nap if needed without feeling guilty.

8.  Knowing that we are making automotive history with our products.

9.  Hearing people laughing down the hall.

10. Koto bringing me his ball when I am in an important meeting...but never so important that I can't throw the ball for Koto.
Rolling is always better than standing still.
