Who killed the electric car ? Cars that run on electricity have to be charged by power plants that burn fossil fuel . There is no saving at all in oil resources . They might not pollute the air where they are driving however some where (not in my back yard ) a power plant is pumping hydrocarbons in the air .     Why do some people think that by purchasing a luxury automobile, they are granted an extra rights that the rest of us are unaware of. Like by owning a Lexus, they are entitled to more in life? Obviously this is not the case, but it always seems like a big joke that they are not in on.
